Up Close at a Celtics Game

Well, most people know I’m a big fan of the Celtics.  Unfortunately I rarely get to go to the games.  I happened to be down in Mass last Friday, and had purchased a single seat in the second row of the Loge.  What an experience.  Unfortunately, the Celts lost (badly I might note, against the not-so-great Washington Wizards) but the photography chances were great.

In an effort to be inconspicuous, I just brought my Pentax Kx with the 40mm as well as the kit 55mm-200mm.  It’s a slow lens and I wish I had a faster one, as I had to shoot at iso 6400.  Nonetheless it was fun.  Here are a few of the shots. Enjoy!
